Glencoe Fair

About 80 km from Sarnia, and the big day of the Glencoe Fair's 150th. Gates open at 9 am, the buildings and tents at 10, and the parade leaves the Glencoe Firehall for the fairgrounds at 10:30. The midway runs 11 am to 6 pm.

The free Kids Zone in the Curling Arena is the one to plan around: Chase from Paw Patrol 11:30 to 3:30, Magic Mel at 12:30, 2 and 3:30, line dancing at 1 and 2:30, face painters and a balloon artist, and a free kids draw at 4. Chainsaw carving and the bubble zone run noon to 4, and the 150th anniversary fireworks go up at 8 pm.

Saturday admission is $10, elementary students ages 4 to 14 are $5, and under 4 is free. Ride all day wristbands are $35 on Saturday only. Parking on the grounds is free through the Mill Street entrance. Tap More info for our full day trip fairs guide.
