Empowered Birth Prenatal Class

The last group prenatal class of 2026 with Janet from Choice through Birth. Covers physiological birth, partner support, non-medical and medical pain relief, labour positions, stages of labour and optimal cord clamping. Partners are welcome and encouraged, and you go home with a workbook. Registration required online, in person at Alta Health, or by phone at 519-337-2221.
