SafeTALK suicide prevention training

A free three hour safeTALK workshop from the Sarnia Lambton Suicide Prevention Committee. You will learn how to notice when someone may be having thoughts of suicide, how to start a caring conversation, and how to connect them with help. No experience is needed. It is open to anyone 15 and older, so parents, coaches, volunteers and neighbours are all welcome. Includes a safeTALK manual and a certificate when you finish.

Spots are limited. To register, email slsuicideprevention@gmail.com.
