Prenatal Class: Postpartum Prep

Radiant Community Centre offers pay-what-you-can prenatal education for expecting families in Sarnia-Lambton.

This class helps families prepare for the first weeks postpartum, including physical recovery, rest, meals, visitors, household responsibilities, emotional changes, and adjusting to life with a new baby. You’ll also learn how to build a realistic support plan and share the load after birth.

Partners and support people are welcome. Choose an amount that works for your family—no one is turned away for lack of funds.
