Christmas lights map ยท December 1 to January 1

Light Up Lambton

Decorated houses across Lambton County, put on the map by the families who live there. Pick a few, pack the hot chocolate, and go for a drive or a walk. Free, and good for all ages.

The lights tour runs December 1 to January 1.

The map opens December 1

We're filling it in now, one house at a time, so it's complete on opening night. Decorating this year? Put your house on it below.

Three ways to see a house

  • Walk past

Best on foot. Park on the street nearby and stroll past.

  • Drive by

Easy to see from the car. Roll past slowly and keep the line moving.

  • Lights to music

The lights move to music. Pull over and tune your car radio to the station listed.

Before you go

Can we go up to the house?

Please enjoy the lights from the sidewalk or the road. These are family homes, so stay off lawns and driveways unless a house's note says otherwise.

Where do we park?

Park on the street where parking is allowed, never across a driveway, and keep your engine and headlights low if you stop in front of a house.

When are the lights on?

Each house lists its own hours. Most are on in the evening; a house can switch off early on a stormy or very cold night.

How does a lights-to-music show work?

The house plays its music on a small radio signal. Pull over safely, tune your car radio to the station listed, and turn the volume up inside the car.

Is it free?

Yes. Every house on the map is free to see, and it's free to put your own house on it.
